I’ve kind of forgotten about this recently. But I have been pretty busy, UCAS stuff is taking up my life (don’t ever apply for medicine, ever, ever, ever). I’ve currently written half a personal statement but I hate writing about myself so I have to do it in short bursts. I really can’t wait for it to be over. Anyone who would be interested in proof-reading, leave a comment or something, you will be needed shortly (also, if anyone would like to write the whole thing for me, you’re very welcome
)
The good thing about this is I get to do work experience, which is actually fun (or I find it fun, because I’m a geek like that). I was at the GPs for three days last week, everyone was very nice to me including the patients. There were lots of funny bits but unfortunately none I can blog about cause of confidentiality. I also had the joy of working with my boyfriend’s mum, who I haven’t seen since long before we started going out (by probably about 8 years). But she came and chatted to me when I was having one of many cups of tea so it was fine.
Right, I should probably get back to my personal statement. And then I have to do the UK CAT practice questions. And I really have to catch up on all the biology I’ve somehow missed but can’t quite figure out when. Oh, and I have to research gap years so I can have some idea what I’m doing to write in my personal statement. Sixth year is fun.
